All orders comes with a tracking ID that is sent to your email!
Simply follow the steps included in the email to follow updates on your package. Our Shipping Policy page has all the details you need.

All orders receive a confirmation email. If you did not, do check if your bank card/ Paypal account was charged. If uncharged, your order would likely not have gone through. If charged, do write in to us at chunkcase@gmail.com.

Orders are only cancelled if we have tried to reach you on an unavailable item but did not get a response within a week. If you think we made a mistake, contact our support at chunkcase@gmail.com.
