Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 10-day refund policy for products that arrived damaged or not up to standard.
If 10 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Customers are also responsible for contacting us prior to the 10 days if there are any issues with the items received from their order. If we do not receive notice within 10 days, we are not able to issue a refund.
We also cannot provide a refund for an order that has already been processed and shipped because we are unable to change a package's path of delivery after it has been picked up.
